Return/Refund -

Cancellation: Registration fee and or deposit will be refunded if you notify NEC within 5 business days of course beginning. Registration fees will only be refunded to original remitter. No refunds after review course begins.

Refunds: All books and the CD may be returned to NEC for full credit if customer is not completely satisfied. All returns must not be damaged and in resalable condition. All refunds will be completed within 5 business days after receipt of request and or merchandise.
