RETURN/REFUND POLICY

NCLEX^® Review Courses:

Cancellation: Registration fee will be refunded only if NEC is notified a minimum of five (5) business days prior to beginning of review course. Registration fee will only be refunded to original remitter.

Books & CDs:

Returns: All books and CDs may be returned to NEC for full credit if customer is not completely satisfied. All returns must be undamaged and in resalable condition. All refunds will be issued within five (5) business days after receipt of request and/or merchandise.
